SECTION 1 - PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
When you shop in our store, we collect the personal data you provide, such as your name, address and email address, as part of our buying and selling process.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain further information about the browser and operating system you are using.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your consent, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.
Text Marketing Terms and Conditions: We use a text messaging platform, for which the following terms and conditions apply. By subscribing to our SMS marketing and notification service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number at checkout and making a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form, or using a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (regarding your order, including abandoned order reminders) and SMS marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform, "SMSBump Inc., a European Union company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU." This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be shared with an SMS delivery service provider.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving SMS marketing messages and notifications, please reply STOP to any mobile text message we send or use the unsubscribe link provided in each of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using different words or making requests, will not be considered a valid way to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
If you have any questions, please send a text message with the word "HELP" to the phone number from which you received the messages. You can also contact us for further information. If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, please follow the instructions above.
ARTICLE 2 - APPROVAL
How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, schedule a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to the collection and use of your information for that purpose only.
If we ask you to provide your personal data for another reason, such as marketing purposes, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent or give you the opportunity to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent?
If, after giving us your consent, you change your mind and no longer agree to us contacting you, collecting your data or sharing it, you can let us know by contacting us via our contact page.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal data if we are legally obliged to do so or if you violate our terms and conditions.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide us with the e-commerce platform through which we can sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases, as well as in the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Pay:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is retained only as long as necessary to process your order. Once your order is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.
For more information, please see the Shopify Terms of Service here or the Privacy Policy here.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and share your data to the extent necessary to provide the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.
We recommend that you carefully read the privacy policies of these providers so that you know how they handle your personal data.
Please be aware that some suppliers may be based or have facilities in a different country than you or us. Therefore, if you decide to conduct a transaction that requires the services of a third-party provider, your data may be subject to the laws of the country where that provider is based or where its facilities are located.
For example, if you are based in Canada and your transaction is processed through a payment gateway in the United States, your data used to process the transaction may be disclosed in accordance with United States law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our shop site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer subject to this privacy policy or our website's terms and conditions of sale and use.
