  1. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Colis privé for standard deliveries and Colissimo for deliveries requiring a signature, Monday to Friday. Express deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, requiring a signature, by DHL, UPS, or Chronopost.

All orders are processed using a trackable delivery service, the details of which will be sent to you by email.

If the buyer is not present, he will receive a notification card from his delivery person, which will allow him to collect the ordered products at the nearest post office or collection point within the time period and at the times specified by the postal services.

8.1 Delivery times

ACRILI delivers orders within a maximum of twelve (12) working days for deliveries within France and within twenty (20) working days for international deliveries, calculated from the first working day after order confirmation. From November 23rd to December 31st, delivery times may be extended by ten (10) days due to the high and exceptional volume of orders.

8.2 Damaged or undelivered packages

If the package is damaged upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they are damaged, the buyer must refuse the package.

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery date shown above and the delivery status is still displayed as "out for delivery", please let us know at contact@douxcachemire.com .

If the delivery status shows as "delivered" but the package has not been delivered, please file a complaint directly with your delivery driver. Only deliveries requiring a signature are guaranteed by our service.

  1. Retention of title

The retention of title delays the immediate transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer. However, this deviation does not affect the binding and final nature of the sale, which takes place as soon as the parties reach an agreement on the goods and the price.

It is agreed that the seller retains ownership of the sold goods until the buyer has paid the full amount agreed upon in this contract. Consequently, in the event of non-payment, the seller may demand the return of the goods at any time.

All circumstances which, regardless of the will of the parties, prevent the proper fulfillment of their obligations shall be deemed grounds for release from the parties' obligations and shall lead to their suspension.

Force majeure includes all irresistible, unforeseeable, unavoidable facts or circumstances beyond the parties' control and which cannot be prevented by the parties despite all reasonable efforts.

The following events are expressly considered force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in addition to those commonly recognized by French courts: disruption of transportation or utilities, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning strikes, outages of telecommunications networks, or difficulties related to the customer's external telecommunications networks. The parties will meet to assess the impact of the event and determine the conditions under which the contract will continue to be performed. If the force majeure event lasts longer than three months, these terms and conditions may be terminated by the affected party.


  1. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

According to the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date of his order without giving any reason.

Returned products must be unworn and unwashed and must be returned in their original packaging. If possible, they should be returned along with the original delivery note to ensure smooth processing.

Please note that ACRILI LLC reserves the right not to issue a refund in the event of a return of the item without its original packaging.

Returned products are exchanged by default. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, they must explicitly state this by email to contact@douxcachemire.com.

ACRILI can only guarantee the proper receipt of the returned item by the buyer if the buyer has a tracking number that proves the proper receipt of the item at the specified return address via the return portal or by email.

11.1 - Return address

For all returns (exchanges or refunds), please follow the steps on the returns portal . The return address will be provided once the return request has been initiated by the customer via the computer system.


11.2 – Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

- The item will be returned in perfect condition or, if it is a defective item, in the condition in which it was received.

- The item is returned in its original packaging with legible EAN barcodes on the labels.

- The "delivery note" that was included with the original order is in the return package.

11.3 – Refund

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, ACRILI will refund the amounts paid no later than 30 days after receiving the items returned by the customer, using the same payment method that was used for the order, unless the buyer has expressly agreed to a refund using a different payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For shipments outside the Schengen Area, import duties such as VAT and customs duties are not refunded.
