Refund policy
If the items you wish to return are in perfect condition, in their original packaging with their tag (readable barcode), you are entitled to request a return or exchange:

Notify us of your intention to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order via the return portal (the return address will be provided).

Indicate the color and size you want for an exchange, or the reason for your return.

Prepare the package, including the delivery note that came with your original order.

Send your package!
💡 Tip: Email us your tracking number so we can track it and anticipate its arrival to speed up the pickup.
Otherwise, we will contact you once our logistics partner has registered receipt of the package 😉
